How much will my appointment cost?

The total depends on the notarial acts, service type, travel, and any additional arrangements. Request a quote; applicable notary and additional service charges will be explained before you confirm.

Can I use an online notary from another state?

Remote online appointments may be available for eligible signers across the U.S. Joli Notary Services’s notary commission is in Arizona. Confirm that the document recipient accepts online notarization and that the signer and document meet the platform and legal requirements.

Can you tell me which certificate my document needs?

Joli Notary Services does not choose a notarial act for you, prepare legal documents, or give legal advice. Ask the document issuer, receiving agency, or a qualified legal adviser what is required.

What if I need a witness?

Witness requirements vary by document and its intended use. Confirm the instructions with the document issuer. Indicate your needs in the request guide so arrangements and any separate fees can be discussed.

Is my request automatically sent?

Select Send Request and complete any verification shown. Copying or downloading alone does not send your request. Joli Notary Services will confirm availability and fees separately.
